Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or problems in your relationships?

Allow yourself a chance to reconnect with your inner power and joy.
Take the path to a healthier, calmer, happier you.
Let yourself explore what is getting in the way of living the life you want.

If you feel you’re ready to start the journey, I can help.

We humans can be quite complicated beings. We are so strong and yet so fragile. So powerful, and yet sometimes life events can seem to bring us down so easily.

My approach to therapy focuses on recognizing your personal strengths and identifying and accepting your emotions as a way to help you feel more wholesome and empowered –more in charge of your own destiny.

I believe there is so much power and magic lying within each of us. However painful events and our not-knowing how to deal with our emotions can sometimes get in the way of maximizing our full potential.

I am here to walk with you as you delve into the known and the unknown that lie within yourself. In a safe space and at your own pace, we will try to figure out what is keeping you from enjoying life to the fullest, and from being who you truly want to be. This will often also entail taking a close look at your relationship patterns: At how you move through the world and interact with those around you.

... but what if I am from several places? If I feel like I don’t belong?

Therapy for Immigrants and World Citizens, and Anyone struggling to feel at Home

Are you feeling like you “don’t fit in”? Are you new in town, or perhaps continue to feel like you are despite years of having lived in Washington State, or in the United States?

Being an immigrant can feel so exhilarating and challenging at the same time. Being different than the majority, having a unique mix of cultural backgrounds, customs, speaking a different language, perhaps having seen life from a very different perspective growing up than the one you are currently surrounded by, can often lead to feelings of loneliness and isolation.

I urge you to not stay alone in that place.

Therapy can be the space where you allow yourself to be vulnerable, where you tell your story with ever growing self-compassion and awareness, no matter how complicated or nonsensical you feel it is.

I would love to hear about your journey.
